Meet your hosts!
The concept of Why Whine was created during Hilary and Kristina’s monthly girl’s night out, where they would discuss and laugh over the challenges of being business owners over a glass of wine. They both believed in not just wanting their own companies to thrive, but all their community of businesses. Why Whine soon took shape to become a way to help our community learn from one another and by adding humor and wine, was a way to show that we should take our businesses seriously, but we don’t always have to take ourselves too seriously.
Hilary
Hilary grew up in the aerospace manufacturing industry with hands-on experience in every level of employment within the company. She left the business as co-owner, HR Mngr, Financial Coordinator and VP in 2017. She now works with businesses in leadership development, PR and promotion. In her spare time she loves to bake cookies, hike, volunteer, compete in Ballroom Rhythm dance and cook great meals with family and friends.
Kristina
Kristina is a people person! She loves her husband, children, friends, family, and team dearly and loves spending time with them. She believes we can all learn from each other and have fun while doing it, hence the business talk show with wine hahaha. In her spare time she loves to be outdoors, cook, dance, sing, and be with family and friends.
